Yesterday I had one of those conversations that makes me excited about the future of workplace culture training.
I was speaking with a leader from a union who is interested in bringing the ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒยฎ to their organization. But the conversation quickly moved beyond simply purchasing the game.
Because ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ป๐ถ๐พ๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ต๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ โ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐โ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฒ๐๐ปโ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ. They asked about customization.ย Iโve been offering that option so it was an easy conversation to jump into.
Another recent organization wants to give the game as a gift to its clients. That beats any pen or mug hands-down.
